1963 AC Aceca - RSX 5507
RSX 5007 left the factory on 21 September 1962. It was the last of the last of the eight cars and the fourth LHD. The engined number was S247779E. It had the iron cylinder head, three SU carburettors and no overdrive was fitted. The colour was Black Pearl with a red interior.
It was purchased new in the U.K. and initially registered as 917 CGT before being exported to Canada by a T.Bjarnasen. In 1979 it was bought by James Stead in the US. Then by Harold Dean in 1980, Henry Candler in 1981 and in 1983 by Jim Feldman, a well known American collector of ACs. It is known to have been rallied.
