1958 AC Ace - Ruddspeed ‘Replica’

What do we mean by a replica car? This would cover cars not built by Ken Rudd and his team, nor built as an official continuation car. Vehicles like the one below are recreations/copies of an original car and not one of the genuine 37 Ruddspeed conversions. These may be very detailed and accurate copies, or have a period 2.6 Ruddspeed engine installed, but they should be listed as a Ruddspeed ‘Replica’.

This car was seen for sale on the link below, the description clearly states it is a recreation even thought the title suggests it’s a Ruddspeed vehicle.
”The Ace offered is effectively the 38th and was built to exacting standards over 19 years by well known specialists Bill Monk. Steve McFarlane and Nigel Winchester. Being completed in 2010.
